It is in the brokers best interest to have you selling on good news, to free up cash, so you will then put it into the next deal - why, because every time there is a cap raising, the broker gets his 6% fee, plus his broker options etc.
Problem is, very often he is pushing you to sell, while ignoring the fundamentals. 2 weeks later, the stock 5bags...
