    CR, I firmly believe that the end-result is pre-ordained
    Its just a matter of showing everyone that the proper procedure is followed
    That the oppositors are given the chance to air their complaints, and that the Secretary is given a chance to reply
    My forecast is that the voting will be done today, after all the procedures have been followed
    I got drinks riding on that forecast ...
    Bottomline, the actual voting can take place today or next week, but Gina Lopez doesnt have to be there for that phase
    I think its either today or before Congress goes on recess..
