I sold out at $1•52 and have no regrets. Where the share price goes to is none of my concern while I'm not holding. The value of certain unlisted assets if up for debate and for mine, the SP is probably about fair at the minute. I certainly don't think it's the enormous bargain that you think it is. My approach to the market is to buy under valued assets, but I need to be able to value them and be comfortable with that valuation. If I'm not sure I will walk away and move on, but keep on eye to see if value appears.
At this stage I find it impossible to value some of HML's holdings with any clarity, so I sit and watch and wait.
The share market is not all beer and skittles, sometimes it pays to proceed with caution ⚠
