It's not a matter of "this time".
I'm confident everything we've been hoping for, and more, is still on the way.
There's clearly been a shift in focus, putting complete focus and resources in to Affinion, and finally getting Corona contracts over the line.
While we are disappointed not to have a big bastard telco deal stitched up already.. they will happen, it's just that even more lucrative opportunities have arisen that we wouldn't have anticipated 6 months ago.
Nor are positioning themselves to own this entire space, not just concentrating on worldphone/corona and landing some decent contracts, and that's it.
Wait until it all starts to come together!
Your fellow downers will carry on as if there Telco deals aren't happening, and that they are probably making up all the global banks and likely massive credit card mobs, as well as the Corona customers!
Paul is all over the world, meetings everywhere - definitely not sitting around in Perth and holidaying like some try to preach on here!
They are setting themselves up EVERYWHERE, and they have complete confidence.
Not that Shane will give much/any detail about anything.. I suggest you and others show up to Techknow, see what Paul presents, and see if you can ask some questions afterwards.

also Billy.. I'm not expecting any big contract announcement just yet.. but it would be a nice surprise to see a Corona contract or 2.
We can expect message soon - hopefully next week - maybe consider crunching it in to reverse and loading up?.. and the TechKnow presentation should only help the price if it reveals what international progress they are making.
We would have to expect something big though in the next couple of months before a likely placement.. Affinion deal would be awesome, and as far as I can tell, it's not "if and when", it is just "when" it happens. Hopefully soon!

I'm hating the current drop in share price, but still very confident it will eventually take off..
and, after seeing that Top 20 this week... it would suggest it is near certain, just a matter of time. Those sell orders from 2.5-2.7 are just holding the price down, but they aren't accumulating many. Got to keep the patience, and it will open right up on news.

Speaking of good things.. those undefeated Tigers '17!!
