    A lawyer may enlighten us, but my understanding is that a deed of settlement is legally binding. Should a party decides not to execute the settlement (in this case LionGold), I guess trial/court procedures would be advantageous to the other party. In other words, LionGold would be stupid if they have the money and decides not to pay Bass...
