correct me if I'm wrong, but to my knowledge all permits are in place, but I haven't read that they mobilised yet. The ASX release from February 1 (PERMIT APPROVALS RECEIVED TO COMMENCE MINING AT BIG SPRINGS)
states that "Anova has commenced detailed project implementation planning for the commencement of preliminary site works, completion of detailed mine plans and schedules and engagement with mining and civil contractors with a view to proceeding to formal tenders."
