What you're forgetting is that the spike to 380 and back was completely irrational. If VCR has stayed around 170-180 and a placement was announced at say 150 everyone would have been saying what a good move it was.

I repeat, you take the money when it's available.

These people are trying to build a company. They have an obligation to their shareholders certainly, but they best fulfill that obligation by being successful, not by spending their time trying to prop the price up.
