    March 10 (Reuters) - SML Corp Ltd (SOP) :

    • Entered into a share sale agreement pursuant to which it has conditionally agreed to acquire 100% of issued shares of Synertec Pty Ltd
    • Upon completion of acquisition, two shareholders of Synertec will collectively hold approximately 48.6% of issued shares of company
    • Company has agreed to acquire 100% of issued shares in capital of synertec for a total consideration of A$10.0 million
