1PG has clearly put to the market an idea that gained some traction, but which for some reason they can't execute successfully.
The market for Job Candidate Search is real, and a solution that provides Candidates through a largely automated matching process is scalable and should provide both speed, and cost to customer, advantages.
However the company cash burn rate and the completely inadequate and misguided communication to the market about how the business is developing, have left everyone wondering what on earth is going on?
My concern is that we existing small shareholders are now being taken on a journey that we have no control over. Hopefully the end result will be a positive but for now I remain somewhat pessimistic about the future of 1PG with the only light at the end of the tunnel the cash still in the company. I just hope that the light isn't a train speeding toward current small shareholders.
