It's simple. Join the CPSA. Vote NO. He did hint at this in the Half yearly that shareholders would have an opportunity to vote on it. If it does get voted down and they come at us for money. Stump up the cash and get this moving. Either take the offer or vote it down and stump up the cash. Choices are simple.
