It will be interesting to see what the outlines of the deals are and whether there is positions for the Board and senior exec as part of the deal that makes it more attractive to them but not necessarily us smaller shareholders. Have been stung with that before when I have held smaller specs and the Board decision is sometimes influenced by outcomes not aimed at shareholders.
Shareholders do get wins but is tailored at the senior staff to get on Board (no pun intended).
We have no idea at this point as we havent seen a lot of detail to date.
I will take a 60% profit and walk away happy but think it had further to climb.
Another bidder I think is 100% out of the bigger picture with tremont already holding the majoity shareholdings.
Interesting to see what the INDEPENDENT expert report says.
