    Now, from a novice POV, isnt this the exact time a Co should buy back under a proposal like this? I Mean there is approx 476,801 shares listed up to .37c and the average being crica .346c meaning a total spend of around $165k would wipe them all out and generate some interest in the market place? Isnt this what buy backs are all about ?

    Please School me if I am on the wrong tangent here.
