MZN are basically trying to re-write contract law.
My biggest fear is not losing....it is that this goes on for years decimating KDR shareholder value until it falls and falls, wins and then gaps to $1.00+.
If MZN lose they will likely appeal, what else do they have ?
Meanwhile everybody else gets our offtakes.
MZN must be held liable for damages as they have caused damage bascialy halving the SP and taking upside away.
IMHO KDR must turn vicious in response and attack back through the courts with counter suits, press, public forums, presentations, market updates. Go hard.
Id say KDR's legal, public affairs, investor relations, market update response has been sanguine at best.
