OH oh...legal costs were paid by SDL because he won the case So he presently has a plenty idle money of more than $1 million in his pocket after deducting $260 K for SDL CN. Hope he could lend this idle money to SDL when it would be required in the near future. As the largest shareholder, he should have huge interest to protect his shareholder wealth by making sure that SDL will have enough fund to secure for mine equity partners.

It looks like that there is a huge battle in high frequency trading (CHI-X) between investors who want to buy at 0.006 and other investors who want to bring down the share price by selling at 0.005. Hope the ultimate winners would be those large buyers who have accumulated from 0.005 to 0.011 and vice versa. Only one good news from SDL will send this share to sky.

Hope the board could make an update on the progress of the rail-way and port infrastructure contract between China Gezhouba state-owned Corporation and Cameroon Government and its funding from China State-owned Bank, and also progress of mine equity partners.
