They had to walk a line between a massive mea culpa for their past mistakes and justifying further investment. As in, they were listing reasons why they were wrong to invest at $3+, so it skews pretty negative.
On the flipside, they stated issues are not strong reasons not to invest at $1.60, in my opinion.
