yeap i remember that one. after a lengthy delay (was it months) i emailed the prospective company directly and they denied any deal with CMY. posted it on HC, and soon there after they announced the deal was off. completely hopeless management, i wonder if ASIC gave them the red hot poker for that uncomfortably coincidental event.
