mitis a graduate in geophysics gets $190000..so a guy with 30 years oil experience & a geophysics at $400000 is on the cheap...look at VPE & DLS there CEO s with extras are on close to $1 mill..plus james has 23 mill shares so i think he has a vested interest to have the ICN price up..good luck
