I think it is bad move that Stewart Washer has moved from being Chairman to non-exec. My experience is that bringing in Chairman from USA does not usually translate to improved share price or outcomes. Stewart would be laughing with his new float which traded at .70 cents today from a .20 cent IPO. Recent participants in capital raise would be very unhappy I think.
