If you have big expiries coming up in weak markets, that's when things get ugly quickly and you can have these big spikes in vacancy. That appears to be in train with UOS now.

One thing is certain, i think whether a WALE metric indicates impending lease terminations or not, i would think UOS is well positioned to survive, and indeed prosper from the carnage.
