I decided to sell after the half year announcement. I still like the company and will monitor closely. However, digging into the numbers a bit I am concerned that GLH is currently unprofitable on a normalised basis, and at best earnings are only around 1c for the full year. This means the PE is significantly above historic levels and the market could potentially rerate it. I will be looking for entry at a lower level when I can see the earnings growth trajectory more clearly.
