We have a State Federal system of Gov that allows massive divergency of policy.
We have massive reserves of gas and coal and solar.
A national summit on energy is needed.
People should be locked in a room until a viable non political outcome is attained

What's the problem? You want free trade but then complain when you get it. There is plenty of gas, just not at the price you want it.
