The footbridge was an example of Col's tin ear, ridiculously over budget and could have pribably been built in WA for less.
When I said "it got built" I mean exactly that. It is too far gone now to scrap. Labor finish it and cut the ribbon but Col got it built. Ditto Betty's Jetty which may be a goldmine or a white elephant.
