Yes the news has been good but once we get through the various stages towards production I am sure the manipulators will ply their trade elsewhere - it can be a dangerous game to play.
I feel certain parties with vested interests don't want the SP to take off, but as I said before I am sure the large shareholders whom have held for a long time are not going to sell for a song and will resist any attempt to take over the company for peanuts.
So I am not panicking at the moment.
That's my take on it but I have been wrong before.

What are the motivations of the 'vested interests' wanting the SP not to take off?
Is to give them a greater window to slowly and quietly accumulate?
How do they actually suppress the SP in your eyes?
