I am not concerned about the Court case (as they are crying they put $9 million in )

Why throw a ball park figure (all be it an outrageous amount ) Considering they lost there licence through No  action on the site ?.

estoppel. n. a bar or impediment (obstruction) which precludes a person from asserting a fact or a right or prevents one from denying a fact. Such a hindrance is due to a person's actions, conduct, statements, admissions, failure to act or judgment against the person in an identical legal case.

I would imagine our Legal Team have asked for a Judge in Chambers (a special sitting in the Judges Chambers to have this matter resolved) This happens when there case is so weak it is a Hindrance and clogging up the Courts time.
