There has been some back ground discussion in regards to MQG potentially recalling the loan made to central petroleum and possibly force foreclosure should this unacceptable offer be voted down by the mum and dads invested in this organisation of ours.
I do not buy the above, if this current board of directors have placed us in such position that the signing of the loan arrangements meant a short and Curley loam pay back time well in advancement to pumping gas through pipeline, this IMHO would amount to negligence.
Nah, I don't buy the MQG potentially recalling the loan made to central petroleum and possibly force foreclosure
There is talk that should the no vote be the winning voice of mum and dad's that share price will tank, who cares as long as board resign and MQG comm nice discussions with alternative board members shortly after the walk of selected central members.
Nah, the share price tanking does not provide me with cause for concern, to use to it at central already.
You will be provided the fiancial hardships as the central and MQG swan song, nah I don't buy it.
I would rather take a short term hit on the chin have MQG put into place and wait for the 14 monthly (only) with new board members taking control of this organisation.
Mr. Cottee, you stated you are not doing this for the money, I see you have been well compensated and this deal with MQG will be very favourable for your self, if you are not doing this for the money step aside and tender in your resignation and allow the alternative MD that has been identified to step up to the plate and fight to have this organisation placed into a better position.
Mr. Cottee, will you resign from central Petroleum now if requested by the majority of central mum and dad share holders. Do the right thing Mr. Cottee and resign.
I have been calling for your resignation for years, Mr. Cottee time for you to go.
