Yes if you hold all shares in your own name ( lets say) you will be counted a s1 head

If you have 5,000 shares your shares will be totaled up with all other yes or no vote

and if we can defeat the MB offer by having the majority of heads vote against or stop the other side from obtaining 75 % of shares voting yes on the special resolution we will have succeeded.

I can't see any advantage in selling shares now . The sp is 20 cents and MacB has offered 20 cents plus an inducement which I believe will never eventuate and I can't believe the Board was duped by this .( Or were they ? )Sell for 20 cents and they will be snapped up by MB and used to support their takeover bid .
