I trade with NAB and they are equally pathetic when it is busy, I have emailed many, many times and keep getting told "Whilst in the vast majority of instances online broking allows for tremendous speed and efficiency, unfortunantely, as with other businesses reliant on leading edge technology, it is also suscepitable to delays and/or interuptions from time to time". etc etc.,
