I read the "we have $4M" more as marketing their strength as a a cashed up viable concern than "we're going to spend it getting you".
In fact I would have liked to see a reissued summary of the OHD ann. (never waste an opportunity to sell your wares) but I understand time was a factor and SP certainly not suffering from what was presented today.
