I'm not an FMS holder, but I was (still am, unfortunately) a holder of EGO back when a prominent Perth lawyer started sending Concerns Notices to a whole bunch of us.
It was NOT a pleasant experience.
Pay attention to Madmin's advice, for your own sake.
By the way, just to show you how easy it is to generate a Concerns Notice, mine was for publishing the first couple of verses of John Lennon's song Instant Karma. I always thought the Concerns Notice should have been sent to his Estate, but there you go.
