I doubt very much that rrs has been much used as an instrument by daytraders recently. The sp has either been stagnant or gone down. There was no money to be made daytrading rrs. They will probably be all over it once it moves, whether that's pre or post consolidation won't make much of a diff I guess. Please also remember that daytraders need to buy before they can sell.
