Ann: Shares and Options to be released from Escrow, page-24

These are escrowed shares from the prospectus, bought at 3.2c (or less), escrowed for 12mnths as per the prospectus and the 3Bs.  

The new Ann is an update to the 6th March one, advising that the majority of the shares are, voluntarily, being put into a further 12 mnth escrow - assumption being they're held by those close to the business, albeit not an associated party, or, they were incorrectly listed and/or the party has become associated/etc.

This should demonstrate to holders that the business still believes it will be operating in 12mnths.
