The things that concern me about this company are a mass-exodus of the long term share-holders who are only just getting back their original buy in price after several years.
Looking at the graphing the last time this share price was up any significant degree was back in 2011
This is the third mining company out of the pot stocks to pivot to cannabis
They own over a 50% stake which gives them a controlling interest (how will this impact the direction of MCL)?
Do they have any pharma based products that can represent a large market share in one area that is going to sit outside of competitors CPH/MMJ/Ac8/MXC/BOT
The positives sounds like they have paired well with a partner, with 20 years in the industry. Is the primary source of revenue going to come from distribution, if so MMJ/Ac8/MXC have a much larger capital and may push them out of the space?
More concerns than positives about QBL - the name alone may need a re-branding if mining operations no longer are viable and cannabis becomes a primary resource revenue
