It isn't naivety, these posts are deliberate so they need to be called out. I don't expect to stop them but if I can counter them then job done.

Like I said, everyone is entitled to their opinion and I'm not suggesting they need to accept my or anyone else's view. But to outright refer to someone ("Some are working for competing lawyer firms...") whilst counteracting that same action with a comment 'I'm not referring to said person' ("The above not directed at anyone") is being disingenuous.

Allowing comments like that to slide erodes the value of this forum.
