I agree with @chocbloc the volume of trades on KPO are meaningless even when it tests new lows in past few months. We have one broker who assisted with a significant capital raise and wants to turn shares for profit and we have one large corner stone investor who is happy to hold.
You need to work out which camp you are in?

Hartleys are finding it difficult to turn their shares over because so many are holding onto the BOOM potential of this stock, hence the larger than normal, price variations on low volume.

I purchased more then 17k on the fundamentals KPO, so to answer your question... no. That is drop in the ocean of potential.
