VOC in conjunction with Amcom and Nextgen, has copious amounts of dark fibre, but no one can ascertain exactly the actual potential of such, as it's the development of new buildings nearby that will either make or break VOC.
sure, MTU are a spanner in the works and have clouded the issue somewhat and Nextgen was not flash at results, but i myself am a Peter Lynch type of guy.
