Does anyone know if SRY has completed this acquisition and the related capital raising. The latest I can find is that the capital raising was approved at the general meeting. I can't find any news since then, including in the Half Year Report.
The indicative timetable they provided in on the 10th of November suggested that capital raising would happen on the 31st of Jan and the acquisition would be completed on the 1st of Feb so I'm wondering what is going on.
