To me it looks like IDA perhaps have something in the ground that is worth fighting about hence the recent sp movement and management takeover issues.
Whatever happens I think it could get interesting and I would presume the current board may be protecting share holders from dilution or just selling off IDA at a ridiculously cheap price.
