The current price @ 3.7 cents does not reflect the recent announcement IMO. In fact it is pretty much as if the debt free announcement was never made ! One can infer or guess their earnings from looking at the last financial report and calculating what it would take to become debt free from Dec 06. I think this one has blue skies potential and I also suspect we have picked the bottom. Good luck.
