Howard/Costello did not appropriated from their annual commonwealth budget this commonwealth public servants superannuation benefit money. They misguided us saying their budget is in surplus for the last 8-years. Now it seems they do not have even that surplus money and they have to sell Telstra to fulfill their obligation.
This is the second incident where I am of the opinion that Mr. Howard has misguided public. First being GST.
