From following Aussie and Canadian standards from Day 1 to yesterday's total mining ban?
No less than 5 times in my count...
The President is a political creature
Yesterday, he felt that mining money is out to 'destabilize' his government
Take away that fear, and maybe he will sing a new tune..
Thats how to solve a political problem, with a political solution ;-)
