that is what really disturbed me about investing in Mining companies, mostly after watching doc on the Pebble Partnership. It was a while ago but I recall the tailing dams were going to spread for miles and would need 3-4 in total, with a monitoring of them FOREVER. When you say tailing dam, acid and forever in the same sentence that is VERY concerning and for the sake of some minerals I doubt it's worth it, apple can make a few less phones each year and leave copper and nature alone
