    I refer to the second news article link for those who missed it or are blind:

    " Axiom has resubmitted its application for a Prospecting Licence for Kolosori tenement and the application is currently pending before the government "

    Since the court case (approx 1 yr ago) , no other applicant other than AVQ has sort a prospecting licence for Kolosori tenement.

    You never know, what other support may come through to assist the decision of the SIG.
