The last broker report I read on PH had it as being NPV neutral after the capex blowout. This was on a long term Cu price assumption of 1.20/pound which is historically high even if it sounds cheapish today
It comes down to Cu price, you'd need to be a believer in 2.50/3.00 pound for a considerable time for a $6 share price.
