Borshoff has officially made his first mistake. Trying to take over a quality play with script and NO CASH. He has effectively capped PDN now as this bid now looks likely to fail miserably LOL.
The SMM accumulators now seem comfortable to buy in 50,000 lots. Wonder who the next suiter is?
