I thought we were all in agreement that the actual Admixture is currently not patented based on the submission to the Kentucky DOT that states that it is not patented and none of us being able to find the specific patent... Not to say there isn't patents on the Catalyst used, and the process to make mwCNTs/CFs.
I believe the discussion was that by not submitting a Patent and focusing on getting to market first, it would hopefully give us the market share before a competitor could try to replicate and tweak the admixture for their own uses. Also the largest barrier currently to a competitor is no access to cheap mwCNTs that make EdenCrete practical to market.
When I was attempting to find the patent, their were quite a few dispersent, and dispersent techniques being researched, and I think you can easily deduce 2 of the main ingredients in EdenCrete, but I believe there is a 3rd mystery element if I remember right...
