Xstrata would have a hard time getting a law suit to be a success (note: not impossible but will depend upon internal xstrata machinations etc ...)
As per previous post, it is my opinion that AXO's project is the death knock for PMA's - the vanadium market is not like most minerals - it is a small market place and i would expect a large producer to depress the price - unfortunate but true - even if PMA does get away I cannot see it lasting in such a competitive environment.
