Absolutely not. In fact Wayne could earn substantially more in the US and has knocked back more to stay with Admedus.
He is worth every penny and I would rather see large bonuses and incentives on achieving results than a fat base salary. If you want these types of bonuses then maybe work towards being a CEO.
This is the reality in remuneration for CEO's and at least we know Wayne has the goods. I was expecting a much higher base salary. We may be a small company but we have all of the conplexity and global operations of a much larger one.
