    Todd indicated that other lending options were afoot and a CR was not an option as the SP was worth a lot more . This was when SP was 3.7 c so I would very surprised a CR would be pursued.
    Personally I wouldn't mind a combinations for equity and debt to close the deal but I believe equity is not something being considered
