Pitiful. What a deplorable move by the company if that is the case.
I hope all SH's get on the phones and emails and berate them if they issue at that price. I will be.
Also, if they needed money for something "big", dont you think logic would dictate you ANN the "big" thing to the market first to then sure up your chances of getting $, rather than just calling a CR off the back of a 20% fall in SP from all time highs.
