Gone over this with Pokerface and we differ. Just can't see TNG doing a free distribution of their THR shares to TNG holders. In fact it would be corporately irresponsible in my opinion.
A valuable assett given away for zilch? Just cannpt see it when it can supply much needed funds to TNG.
Would be more sensible to sell a distribution to TNG shareholders on whatever the division is or better still to put the block of shares and options up for tender as a strategic stake that would more than likely attract a premium.
If they must, they could then do an entire, or part, cash return to TNG shareholders based on funds raised.
Market doesn't seem to be concerned about it at the moment
